Redefining Meaningful Discovery
Bumble’s core discovery experience was heavily paywalled, offering limited differentiated value for free users. As a result, users struggled to find relevant, enjoyable matches, leading to swipe fatigue and reduced engagement.
I led the design of Discover, a new curated experience focused on helping users connect at their own pace with profiles that truly resonated with who they are and what they’re looking for.
Creating Bumble Profile
At Bumble, I led the redesign of the sign-up flow to improve profile quality and relevance for users. My focus was on enhancing the user experience while considering technical limitations.
The goal was to increase the quality of profiles and ensure a smoother onboarding process for new users.

Building New Internal Tooling
At Amazon Web Services, I led the effort to transition the internal tool for scheduling executive customer engagements into the Salesforce system. My focus was on improving the overall user experience while preserving existing workflows.
The goal was to enhance the efficiency of sales and marketing teams in creating customer executive engagements.

Account openings
When joining E*trade, I started working with the onboarding team to improve the account opening process. We focused on improving the signup experience and the option for users to open multiple accounts type at once.
The goal was to present content that was to reduce customer calls and increase account openings.

Investing in Private Equity
During my time at EquityZen, we focused on improving the sign-up experience and reducing sales to help better the experience for users from the get-go.
We also explored opportunities to improve the area of the site to create a holistic experience.
